Pressure Points

Breathing first, pressure second

The order matters. A tense body resists the same pressure that a relaxed one welcomes.

Pressing on a shoulder that is braced is like pushing a closed door. Three slow breaths first, with a longer exhale than inhale, and the same pressure lands completely differently.

We start every session this way, and it is the part people are most likely to take home and keep using.

It costs nothing and needs no equipment, which may be why it is so easy to skip.
