From the Room

What a session can do, and what it cannot

Honest expectations make the hour more useful than any technique does.

A good session changes how the body feels for a day or two and often longer: tension lowers, movement comes more easily, sleep improves that night. That is real and it is worth having.

It does not rebuild a joint, cure an illness or undo a year of sitting badly in one visit. Anyone promising that is selling the promise, not the work.

The people who get the most out of it treat it like brushing teeth rather than surgery — regular, unremarkable, and supported by what they do on the other six days.
